Dalia Dippolito Case: Judge sets trial date, allows attorneys to interview key witnesses again

A new trial for Dalia Dippolito has been set to take place five years after she was first convicted of murder-for-hire. Brian Claypool said, “The judge is being fair in giving us an opportunity to explore what we believe to be some highly questionable police practices that were employed by the Boynton Beach Police Department.”

The video of Dippolito’s first encounter with Boyton Beach police officers shows when they tell her that her husband is “dead.”
