Brian Discusses the NSA “Metadata” Collection on Fox News

The NSA “Metadata” Collection Program is supposed to fight terrorism. However, some consider the program to be unconstitutional. US District Court Judge William H. Pauley argues in favor of the program. He believes that the NSA “Metadata” Collection Program is legal and authorized under the Patriot Act. While US District Court Judge Richard Leon argues against the NSA program.

Brian Claypool joins the political and legal analysis of the program. He agrees with Judge Leon and opposes the NSA “Metadata” Collection Program. Claypool compares it to having probable cause to get a search warrants and affidavits. He believes it is setting a precedent, and that we have a right to privacy.
